For over 30 years, Viva Event Hire has helped families, businesses and communities across Melbourne bring their most memorable moments to life.
What started with a single marquee and a handful of tables and chairs has grown into one of Melbourne’s most trusted family-owned event hire companies.
Today, we operate from our Thomastown warehouse with a dedicated team, an extensive range of event essentials and a reputation built on reliability, quality and care.
Whether it’s a backyard celebration, corporate activation or large-scale community event, we approach every job with the same warmth, professionalism and can-do attitude we began with.

Adrian Viavattene
Owner & Director
Adrian is the Owner and Director of Viva Event Hire. With over 30 years in the industry, he oversees all aspects of the business and plays a hands-on role
in bringing events to life. Known for his strong relationships with clients and deep
understanding of their needs, Adrian leads the business with experience, vision, and a
commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Carlo Viavattene
Operations Manager
Carlo is central to the daily operations, from packing trucks and preparing hire items, to delivering and setting up on-site. He’s often the main point of
contact at events, overseeing setups and ensuring everything runs seamlessly from
bump in to bump out.

Stacey Kirkwood
Events Office Manager
Stacey is the heart of the office at Viva Event Hire. As Office Manager, she knows the ins and outs of every event and supports clients from the first enquiry to
the final pack-down. She’s the go-to for major event bookings, and with her sharp
attention to detail and can-do attitude, she always finds a way to make things run
smoothly, no matter the challenge.

Holly Dalla Rosa
Marketing Manager
Holly is the creative force behind Viva Event Hire’s marketing. With a background in graphic design and strategy, she looks after everything from social media
and content creation to campaigns and branding. She also works on custom event
theming – designing unique concepts tailored to each occasion and collaborating closely
with clients to bring their vision to life.
